Most company's spend only 10 minutes at a customers residence and not much more time at a commercial facility while at most residence's we are there for 1 to 1.5 hours and commercial structures a lot longer. We have the mind that we will be there as long as it takes to get the job done right the first time and if we determine it to be necessary to conduct a follow-up service we schedule that instead of having the customer make the request.
