With the recent outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) our responsibility as a company that comes into your homes and places of business to perform services, we will keep you informed via official departments. We are following the proper CDC guidelines. Currently, we have advised all of our service technicians to wear facemasks and gloves as proper personal protective equipment (PPE) to practice the safest way to apply pesticides and keep themselves as well as our customers healthy and to help avoid the possibility of contracting COVID-19. We have advised our service technicians to wash their hands often with warm water and soap, sanitizer in emergent situations when no soap and water is not available. Lastly, any service technicians that have felt any kind of illness in the last 24 hours, have had a fever or fever symptoms have been told it is mandatory for them to stay home until otherwise cleared by a doctor.
For our residential customers please call us and let us know if you or a family member in your immediate household has been quarantined before we come to perform services. If you feel uncomfortable having someone perform your interior services, we can always perform exterior services. We recommend performing exterior perimeter services at a minimum, to help reduce the number of pests that may enter your home from the outside.
For our commercial customers, if your offices have been advised to not let vendors inside please let us know ahead of time. However, we still recommend letting us perform exterior perimeter services.
